Today we visited and there were several PotD opportunities. However, this PotD happened to present itself fairly early in the visit. Andie got a new ring and was showing us. I managed to quickly snap a single pic. Luckily, I had put the flash up otherwise, I would have missed this pic.

We love Herring in wine sauce but usually only have it around Christmas. This year is no exception. This is a unique macro shot of someone enjoying a piece of pickled herring. This is obviously an acquired taste not suitable for everyone; or , as Ryan says, “Ewwwww”.
