Nothing fancy here other than a focus stacked (7 pics) picture of our new mixer. I got this yesterday based on a really good recommendation I heard. Last night I made the original Nestle Toll House chocolate chip cookie recipe. This thing is the Clydesdales of mixers! It powered through thick cookie dough like it was water!
One thing to note, I originally tried using a flash with this photo. However, that proved to be more difficult given the location of the shoot and the time – I was tired after working all day. Using a flash caused excessive glare off the chrome surfaces and I had no decent place for the flash (yes, I used it off camera). And like I said, the time of day precluded me from getting the Einstein’s out so this turned into just a documentary photo. Also note that in a real product shot, you wouldn’t see any camera or gear – and I didn’t want to take the time to go into Photoshop. In any case, it is a really good mixer!
So glad you like it!
