Well the tradition continues! Lasagna on Christmas Eve! Here’s what’s in this bad boy: 16 lasagna noodles, 3 lbs seasoned hamburger, 2 lbs cottage cheese, 2 lbs spaghetti sauce, 6 oz of pizza sauce, and 1.5 lbs of shredded mozzarella cheese. Baking this in the oven at 350 for a minimum of 1 hour 15 minutes. Then broil for a few minutes to brown the cheese on top.
