Canon 5D Mk IV – EF 50mm f/1.2L – 1/60, f/1.2, ISO 1600, Eval Meter

This was a lazy day – photo wise. We are beginning a heat wave were and the heat index is supposed to get well over 110. Today I went and looked at the Davis Weather Station and saw the heat index was 117! I grabbed the camera and by the time I got the exposure set correctly (I wasn’t using a flash and had to set the ISO higher), the heat index had dropped to 114. Alas, I took the shot anyway and it is the PotD. Not a technically good pic, but a great reminder of the day and how it felt outside.
