Canon G7 X Mk II – 1/800, f/5.6, ISO 125, Eval Meter

Well, well, well…look who’s back! Only this time the little piggies are playing in the grass outside.

In all reality, it was a slow picture day. I do like the little pigs so I thought I’d take them out on the golf mat and try some macro with the G7 X. I set it up and the lens was about 2 inches from them. This has been an awesome travel camera and is a very capable backup to the much bigger 5D. You might see the pigs again from time to time. So enjoy this PotD.

Roxie and I went golfing today and I tried an unusual shot – down level with the ball. I set the camera up and switched to high speed continuous shooting. I took a lot of shots of her swing and only one shot had the club in it and it was hiding the ball. So, I decided to do a post-shot pic. You can see the ball skirting along the ground. It was that kind of day for both of us. But we both love golf – especially all the swearing and screaming that goes along with it. Hehe!
