Canon G7 X Mk II – 1/200, f/11, ISO 125, CWA Meter

Well today’s Photo of the Day was a first – It was a group decision! Voting took place on the two pics on this page and Andie’s hands playing in the water beads mixture was the clear favorite. The goat, while cute, doesn’t stand a chance against the granddaughter! We visited our daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids today. I brought along the G7 X as the primary camera. Once again, it proves its worth.

The pic wasn’t difficult – the hardest thing was getting the exposure right while using the onboard flash. I have never seen these things called water beads. they start out as very small beads and grow when put into water.

The runner-up pic of the goat was fun. He/She was very patient as I took several shots. I like that you can see my reflection in the window.
