Canon G7 X Mk II – 1/30, f/1.8, ISO 640, Eval Meter
Well it’s still the Dog Days of PotD. Today, I made another deep dish pizza in our cast iron skillet. I took a similar pic a few days ago. This one is of the whole pizza in the pan. I used a different crust mix, and the crust on the sides was really thick. I also used raw breakfast sausage for the main meat. Cooked to 425 for 45 min and then 2 minutes under a broiler in the oven. It was delicious. The sausage was excellent!
This wasn’t the best pic. Once again, I go back and forth on the low light capabilities of the G7. I would prefer to see a higher ISO as opposed to the lower aperture and shutter speed. A smaller aperture (bigger f/stop) would have helped with getting more of the pic in focus.
Can’t wait to try this!
