5D Mk IV – EF 16 – 35mm f/2.8L – Speedlite EX 580 II – 1/200, f/4, ISO 100, Eval Meter

Well, we went and picked this up today for plinking and home defense. She’s a Beaut! This is a Smith and Wesson M&P 15 Sport II. Been wanting to get one for awhile and finally ordered it. I also got a Bushnell TRS-26 Red Dot Scope, two 42 round magazines and one 30 round mag, a sling, a case, and a box of 500 rounds of target ammo.

The photo is pretty basic. I took the pic at around 3:30pm with plenty of light. However, the backlight was really bright causing blowouts. I needed a flash so I could tone those down. I took a bunch of pics with the sky showing in the background. However, I ended up using this one because I liked the angle better.

Can’t wait to shoot this.
