I use my smoker a lot. The usual pictures I have taken are generally of the food. Today I was smoking a cast iron pan filled with baked beans. I added onions, apple juice, brown sugar, and honey and put it in the smoker. As I looked at it, the smoke coming out of the stack caught my attention. I grabbed the camera and put on the flash. The challenge was getting the right angle to be able to see the smoke with the light background. I snapped from all angles and liked this one the best.
