5D Mk IV – EF 50mm F/1.2 L – 1/20, f/2.8, ISO 100, Eval Meter
There aren’t many days when I take just one photo, but today was one of those days. Today’s PotD is not special or great – just a documentary style photo. What we have here is just a very, very small snippet of a large schema I’ve been working on for the past 40 hours.. This is a photo of my workspace and it’s a MS Visual Studio representation (javascript) of a Use of Force web page/program/form I’ve been building for a law enforcement agency. The page will allow them to upload/enter all relevant data for any incident involving the use of force. I’m about 95% complete, but for me, this thing was a beast; I’ve had no formal training in Javascript, html, and CSS and am self-taught (which probably contributed to the 40 hours). The 5% remaining is just that I need to get clarification on some fields (I think are missing) from some other databases I need to pull info from. Like I said, the photo is nothing special. I put the camera on a tripod, set the exposure along with a 2 second countdown timer, and snapped the pic.
So cool!
