The other day I sent out a text saying that I was smoking some Steelhead Trout. Well, I never got a pic of it. Andie and I had one of the fillets, and today I finished the second fillet. Unfortunately, the only pic I got of it was the remains of the skin. Yep, the skin is the PotD. This won’t make the list of the best of 2022 photos, but it should make the list of best foods of 2022!
