Today we left Nashville, TN at exactly 8:10am. We were headed to Lake City, FL which meant about 8 hours of driving. And that meant today’s PotD would most likely be a documentary of life on the road. Today’s PotD represents that idea quite well! We saw these cuties about midway through Georgia. I hurriedly got the camera ansnapped the pic. These are the only horses we’ve seen on the road so far.
The photo below is from last night’s dinner at Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Rooftop Bar in Nashville. This guy, Makenzie Schriner, was a terrific fiddler!
This photo is reminiscent, in my opinion, of National Lampoon’s Vacation movie. Kinda like the biggest ball of twine…
In the hills of Tennessee. The clouds were at our level.
This pic is from north of Atlanta. There was a big truck on fire northbound. Numerous fire and police vehicles. The backup lasted for 6 – 7 miles as you can see here.
This was seen in southern Georgia. I guess some things never change. It is the south.
Love the horses! Like the other pics too!
Guba looks so thrilled
