It’s the day after Thanksgiving and we have another food shot. Today’s PotD is a semi-closeup of a part of a salmon filet that I smoked today. It’s not really a macro shot – I didn’t use a macro lens or any extension tubes. I simply took the picture and cropped it. I also smoked some squid and shrimp. I should have learned my lesson from yesterday with the turkey livers and stuff. I smoked those for too long. and they were a bit dry. I did the same thing today with the shrimp and squid. Oh well, the salmon will be very tasty!!
